The Knack Skills Development Program is designed to improve your career readiness by helping you connect the skills that are required to be a good peer tutor with the skills required to be successful in the 21st-century workforce.

Overview

1. This is an optional program that augments your Knack tutoring experience with tutor skills training, reflection, and self assessment.
2. In order to become eligible for this program, you must start by completing 15 hours of tutoring on Knack. This will unlock the ability to complete the Kornerstone Tutor Skills Reflection & Assessment
3. At specified levels of completed hours (see below), you will receive an email to complete a badge request form, where you will recap what you have learned from your recent sessions.
4. Remember, you can view how many hours of Knack Tutoring you have completed on your Tutor Progress Page!
